General conditions
RESERVATION CONDITIONS WITH MNK Villas:
Arrival and departure time
Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of your departure.
If you have an early arrival or a late departure time please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate when possible.
We reserve the right to deduct supplementary charges from the security deposit if the accommodation is not vacated at the stated time.
Cleaning and maid service
The accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and both linen and bath towels are provided.
For those stays longer than 10 nights an “interim” clean and change of linen are included.
We ask that all rubbish be placed in plastic bin liners and deposited in the public containers. Containers are located around holiday resorts and for country properties containers can be found at the nearest town.
Additional maid services can be arranged on request, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quotation.
MNK Villas reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any additional cleaning charges incurred due to the accommodation being returned in inadecuate conditions including any undisposed rubbish.
Property equipment
The accommodaton is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum number of guests permitted.
If equipment is not working or any damage to installations ar noticed on arrival please notify MNK Villas reception office.
If during your stay you have problems with the equipment or installations please notify MNK Villas reception office and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Any breakdown of equipment or damage to the installations caused by misuse will be charged and deducted from your security deposit.
Garden and swimming pool
Both the gardener and pool maintenance will visit the accommodation twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the property.
Guests are responsible for the safety of those using the swimming pool. Small children and non-swimmers must be supervised around the swimming pool area at all times.
Wifi
For accommodation including interntet access, MNK Villas will not be responsible for any problems with connection (service provider or technical). We will contact the necessary departments to restore connection as quickly as possible.
Extra equipment (cot, highchair, fold-up bed, bed guard, fan, etc.)
Please notify us of any extras you may need at the time of reservation to ensure we can provide the requested items. These should be paid with the final balance.
Behaviour and conduct
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted, unless previously arranged with the corresponding extra payment. Should MNK Villas find more guests than stated the party will be asked to vacate the accommodation. The accommodation is reserved only for the guests named on the reservation form.
The lead guest is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all members of the party. Should guests behave in a manner which is not acceptable by civilised standards MNK Villas will ask the lead guest and party to vacate the accommodation.
Gatherings of more than double the capacity of the accommodation are not permitted without authorisation from MNK Villas.
MNK Villas reserves the right to enter and inspect the accommodation in case of damage due to inappropriate use of installations.
Animals
Animals are permitted on request in certain accommodations. A supplementary security deposit may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by the lead guest.
Amounts paid will only be refunded if MNK Villas is able to book the property on the same dates and at the same price as your reservation. If the price of the new reservation is lower than that of your reservation, the (lower) amount of the new reservation will be refunded.
Security deposit
A security deposit to cover any breakage, loss or damage to the accommodation and installations is required. We'll do a retention on your credit card of 500€. This amount could be higher in some villas and we will advice the client.
Any breakages, loss or damage must be reported to MNK Villas reception office immediately.
The security deposit less any charges (if applicable) will be returned by bank transfer within 2 weeks of departure.
Compensation
Any problems with the accommodation must be discussed at the time of your vacation directly with MNK Villas reception office. If the matter has not been reported to the office during your vacation no compensation will be payable.
Alterations
Although changes to confirmed accommodation are unlikely, unforseen circumstances beyond MNK Villas control may result in accommodation becoming unavailable. MNK Villas reserves the right to transfer guests to accommodation of similar category. If this is not possible or guests do not wish to be transferred, the reservation will be cancelled and all payments refunded.
