The town of San Clemente, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc.), is less than 5 minutes by car, and the capital, Mahón, is 10 minutes driving. The different beaches in the south, Calan Porter, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, and Binibeca, are also 10-15 minutes by car. Having a vehicle is essential.
Exterior:
The property has two terraces, one next to the pool and the other in front of the house. The pool, with a design, has Roman stairs on one side and is surrounded by a dry wall on the other. The terrace in front of the house has a pergola with a table and two built-in benches for outdoor dining. The entrance hall of the house can be converted into a covered porch by opening the large glass doors.
