A front line villa located just 10 metres from the sea. Binissafua beach is just a 5 minute walk from the villa and Binibeca is about a 5 minute drive away. An 8 minute drive will bring you to Sant Lluís town or Sant Climent village. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 15 minutes.

The garden has a grass lawn leading down to the rocks in front of the house, where there is a private ladder to access and swim in the crystal clear waters.
