Villa Esther is located on the second line of the sea in the prestigious area of Cap d'en Font, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Binisafúa beach. The rest of the southern beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima) are 5 minutes away by car, as is the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). The capital, Mahón, is about 10 minutes away by car.
Exterior:
The house has a swimming pool and two porches for life "al fresco". One located in the front of the house and one in the back. The two porches are set up as a dining area and a living area.
Accessed by external stairs, on the first floor, it has a large terrace with sea views, equipped with built-in sofas, hammocks and a breakfast table.
Interior:
Ground floor: living room with air conditioning, kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, 1 double room with two single beds and 1 room with two bunk beds but for use only the lower bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
First floor: 1 main bedroom with air conditioning and beautiful views of the sea with a double bed and 1 en-suite bathroom with shower room.
